What Is Social Anxiety

Social Anxiety is distinctively associated with many other Mental Health conditions, such as depression, generalized anxiety disorder or even body dysmorphic disorder etc.

The condition, comes out as a feeling of unease. It is more than just shyness.  It resembles an intense fear or a worry and it can be mild or severe at times. It can affect you before, during or even after social situations.

The Condition can make your hear race, you might start feeling shaky, sweaty or even experience shortness of breath. It can certainly make changes to your behavior. You might become overly careful and start to avoid situations or things that can trigger your anxiety.

When it becomes a problem, the worries that one is experiencing might become disproportionate even with relatively harmless situations and it can start interfering with your everyday life and relationships.
